• Fails to make payments as agreed.

9. Community & Online Group Engagement

For members of our communities (Rise & Thrive Tribe, Rise & Thrive Mastermind, Wealth Warriors, Black Women Empowered, The Ladies of Xtream), we maintain a respectful and empowering environment. Any harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior may result in

removal from the group.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
